Information we collect

• Resume content you enter: name, contact details, work experience, education and skills.
• Delivery email where your PDF is sent.
• Purchase information received from TucoPay: a sale identifier and payment confirmation. We never receive your card details.
• Contact messages you send through the contact form.
• Technical data such as IP address, used to protect the Service against abuse.

How we use it

• To show your draft and preview, and to generate and email your PDF.
• To improve your text with AI when you click "Improve with AI". Only the text you choose to improve is sent to our AI provider.
• To answer support requests.

Service providers

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service: TucoPay (payments), our AI provider (writing assistance), our email provider (delivery) and our hosting provider.

Retention

We keep your resume data so that your PDF can be regenerated if delivery fails. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us.

Security

Drafts are accessible only through a private, randomly generated link. We do not sell your personal data.
