Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Resuma (the "Service"), operated by TucoPay. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you enter your professional information, optionally improve text with AI writing assistance, choose a template, and purchase a PDF version of your resume that is delivered to the email address you provide.

2. No account

The Service does not require an account. Your draft is identified by a private link. Anyone with that link can view and edit the draft until it is purchased, so do not share it.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the information you enter and for its accuracy. You keep all rights to your content and grant us only the rights needed to store it, display it to you, process it with AI services when you request it, and generate and deliver your PDF.

4. AI writing assistance

AI suggestions are provided as-is. Always review the result before using it. AI may produce inaccurate text; you are responsible for the final content of your resume.

5. Price and payment

The price is shown before checkout and is a one-time payment. Payments are processed by TucoPay on its hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your card details.

6. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, your resume is generated as a PDF and sent to the delivery email you provided. Purchased resumes cannot be edited through the Service.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including the outcome of any job application.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
